Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County can also purchase existing homes from our Habitat families as well as the open market, rehabilitates these homes, and sell them to selected partner families.
Our past three Rehabbed Homes include:
- Fulton Road, Fulton
- Marty Court, Santa Rosa
- West Third Street, Santa Rosa
These projects were completed in partnership with City of Santa Rosa and Sonoma County Housing Authority.
